SiPower is the company in the semiconductor industry to offer a fully vertically integrated design and manufacturing operation. We are the manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor Devices and established at Taipei of Taiwan in 2010.

In the meantime, we are expanding our product lines to serve our customer's requests for wide band-gap semiconductor Devices: like SiC, GaN, Ga2O3, InP and GaAs material for applications to optoelectronics, MEMS, LED, Power devices, RF and IC.
